A Passion for Compassionate, Empowering Support
Dedicated to Nurturing Families Through Every Step

About Me
Hi, I’m Kristie — a mother of five and a dedicated, knowledgeable doula with both lived experience and a strong professional background in Early Years education.
I hold an Early Years degree and a PGCE with an Early Years specialism, which has given me a deep understanding of child development, family support, and evidence-based practice. Over the years, I have worked extensively with families and young children, setting up, delivering, and managing baby and toddler groups within the local community and in partnership with a further education college.
Alongside my teaching and assessment work, I have delivered parental intervention workshops covering topics such as:
ICON (infant crying)
Safe sleeping
Weaning
Childhood illnesses
Keeping children safe
I can also offer breastfeeding support
As a mother of five children, including a premature baby , I understand first hand that every pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey is unique. My lived experience allows me to offer support that is not only informed and evidence-based, but also realistic, compassionate, and deeply empathetic.
My goal is to provide holistic, responsive support, combining professional expertise with genuine care, so that you feel confident, informed, and fully supported during one of the most transformative times of your life.
